Archrival Appointment & Cancellation Policy:

 

All microblading clients must give $100 deposit when booking an appointment. When cancelling a microblading appointment 24hrs notice must be given ahead of time, or your deposit becomes non-refundable. In case of multiple cancellations, it is at the discretion of management to rebook any future appointments.

 

When booking an eyelash appointment, a $25 deposit must be given to book an appointment. When cancelling an appointment 24hrs notice must be given or your deposit becomes non-refundable.

 

Make-up clients must pay a $10 deposit to book an appointment. When cancelling an appointment 24hrs notice must be given or your deposit becomes non-refundable.

 

Clients who book eyebrow appointments will not have to pay a deposit fee. In case of a cancellation 24hrs notice must be given. If notice is not given within said time, a fee of $10 will be added to your next eyebrow appointment.
